I love Stater Brothers in this particular location has an excellent butcher. He'll get you any cut of meat you would like just like most other stores but it seems like this particular butcher is a cut Above, always I'm receiving the most choice cuts and thickest pieces. They're all so fast, I needed to make some chicken fried steak and needed some cube steak and they had it ready for me in 30 minutes, and done the right way too kind of important.
