Super disappointing experience. Do not buy from these people. They do not support their used products. I asked for some help from one of their installers as we have an odd, sloped installation with existing granite boulders. I was told that they couldn't provide anyone to even consult on the installation and preparation. I offered to pay for this service and was told NO. I asked to have their installers to give me a price to install it and was told that they don't do that because installing used grass it too difficult and expensive. She suggested I buy new grass and have it installed instead.
